Seasons of Success
God has made everything beautiful in its time - Ecclesiastes 3:11
Just a few years ago, I found myself at a crossroads in my career. I had established myself in a position where I was financially stable but was feeling unfulfilled with my profession. Despite the fear of change and uncertainty, I decided to take the step of faith to pursue my dream of being my own boss. There were many prayers, sacrifices, and sleepless nights that brought me to where I am today. In retrospect, I realize that having a solid support system and mentor would have made this transition much smoother.
This experience birthed my vision for the Seasons of Success, a mentorship program designed to help individuals step into a successful season in their career. I have a heart for self-motivated entrepreneurs who are looking to make a difference in the world with their talents and passions. Seasons of Success is an opportunity for me to come alongside my clients to be an advisor, confidant, or mentor as they make their dreams a reality.
Every professional “season” is an opportunity for the individual to transition into the next level of success. Blue Collar workers and C-Level executives alike face these seasons and must make decisions on how to transition from one to another. Like snowflakes, each professional has a unique journey through these seasons. Which of the seasons below do you identify most with?
We all know what it’s like to be in a cold and dry place in our career. Whether unemployed, underemployed, devalued, or completely dissatisfied - something is not quite right and it is time to make a change.
During the Spring, you might find that you have the energy and motivation to do new things. You may be looking for fresh opportunities or contemplating a career change, but where do you start? How do you start the conversation about the promotion and salary that you deserve? Working from home a few days a week might sound appealing, but how do you start that conversation with your manager?
The heat is on in your career during this season and that could mean that work is a little overwhelming. Projects are piling up, deadlines are approaching, work stress is high and there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to get it all done.
The Fall season often times means that old habits must change in order to make room for a beautiful transition. If you’re not careful, you can become burnt out during this season, choosing to remain dormant rather than facing the uncertainty of change.
Your drive and motivation will determine how you navigate through these seasons of transition. The Seasons of Success program helps professionals make productive transitions into the next level of success. Ecclesiastes 3:11 says “God has made everything beautiful in its time.” Find hope in knowing that these seasons of transition are temporary and you will persevere. Regardless of where you find yourself, I want to help you in your current situation and move you ahead to achieve your goals. My consulting program offers 1:1 advisory service to empower clients to use hardships as stepping stones to move forward in their career journey.
